Sue Devitt Epernay Eye Illuminator Pencil

I never really understood the strong white pencil look. I know that by adding lightness around your eyes that it will make your eyes look more open and awake, reflects the light enhancing your natural eye color. But, not a stark white pencil!! Sue knows that too. So, she created her champagne-colored Eye Illuminator Pencil. It’s also thicker, which I like – better for blending and not so pointy and scary to use.
