Happy 40th Birthday Great Lash Mascara!!

Who knew?? I was flipping through August Beauty Inc, and page 11 is a full page picture of Maybelline Great Lash Mascara. You know, the distinctive pink and lime green packaging. It was my mascara in my teens. It was born in 1971. It was the mascara I hid when I went off to summer camp. It was the mascara all the girls shared and passed around on sleepovers, and we applied while we pranced around with pink foam rollers in our hair. The seventies wouldn’t have been the same without Barbie Dolls, Bell bottom jeans and Great Lash Mascara. And, as always it still has that same great look and the same great formula. SO, HAPPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!
