Vincent Longo Bi Bro Powder Pomade

I love the look of filled in brows and most pencils just don’t look nearly as good as a powder, but then most powders are just too hard to use. But, not this one. Vincent Longo gives us girls the bi-brow powder and pomade mix. I like to put a little of the wax on my brush and place it in the area where my brows need more hair. Then I take a bit of the powder and stroke it over the waxed are. The wax holds onto the powder, so you get a really natural look.
