Napoleon Perdis – Lip Lacquer


Is it wet or is it dry? It’s so wet that it looks like glass. There are so many different finishes for lip glosses and everyone has an opinion about what makes a good one. This product is slick, wet and easy to apply. This gloss is a favorite among our customers. Lips look so much like glass that you could probably see your own reflection in it.  And, unlike most glosses, this Napoleon Perdis Lacquer has real staying power.
